The evidence sampling report can be used to sample and view evidence across multiple portfolios on your account, for example, to view evidence that is ready for IQA sampling.
Here's how to run a sample on evidence that is ready for IQA:
- Go to Reports/Choose, and select Evidence Sampling
- Set an Evidence Assessment Date (optional)
- Select Course (optional)
- Select Evidence Status = Assessment Complete
- Evidence Verification = I want to see evidence not Internal Quality Assured yet.
- Evidence assessed by = select an assessor
- Click 'Generate'
The IQA can then select an item to verify, and can keep returning to the results by clicking on the 'Evidence Sampling' button located in the top left of the screen when viewing the evidence.
