To re-activate a Candidate:
1. Click "Candidates" tab then "Candidate Search"
2. In the Search section, enter the relevant details to locate the ended Candidate, and click 'Search'
Please ensure you tick the "Include Inactive Candidates" box
3. Click 'View Portfolio' against the relevant Candidate
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Individual Learning Plan' button
5. In the next screen, scroll down and click 'Manage Learning Status'
6. In the 'Add New Status Change' section, set the Status Change to 'Recommence', select the effective from date and the appropriate reason for the
change
7. Click 'Change Status'
