IQA Sampling of Assessors

This report can be used to see which assessors have assessed in each portfolio, and when that assessor was last IQA sampled.

Users with the following roles can access this report:

IQA
Quality Assurance Coordinator

To generate the report:
1. Go to Reports/Choose
2. Select the IQA Sampling of Assessors report
3. Select the Course(s) you want to check
4. Click 'Generate'

The report will then provide the following data set for each portfolio which has been assessed since 5th October 2018, when this report went into production:

Assessor or Additional Assessor Name
Candidate - who has been assessed
Course Code
Evidence Number - The evidence number of the evidence which has been assessed by the  Assessor or Additional Assessor, and most recently sampled by the IQA. (If blank, the Assessor or Additional Assessor has not yet been sampled in this portfolio)
IQA Name - name of IQA who completed the sample
Last IQA date - Most recent IQA date for the Assessor or Additional Assessor in this portfolio
Units Sampled - details of the unit the IQA sampled when creating IQA feedback.
