The IQA Sampling of Assessors report shows which assessors have assessed evidence in each portfolio, and when each assessor was last sampled by an IQA in that portfolio.
Running the report
- On the Reports tab, choose IQA Sampling of Assessors. See Reports.
- Choose the course or courses you want to check.
- Click Generate Report.
What the report includes
There's a row for each assessor in each portfolio assessed since 5 October 2018, when the report was introduced.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Assessor or Additional Assessor Name | The assessor. |
| Candidate | The candidate they assessed. |
| Course Code | The candidate's course. |
| Evidence Number | The evidence the assessor assessed that the IQA sampled most recently. If it's blank, the assessor hasn't been sampled in this portfolio yet. |
| IQA Name | The IQA who did the sample. |
| Last IQA date | When the assessor was last sampled in this portfolio. |
| Units Sampled | The units the IQA sampled when giving feedback. |
