IQA Evidence Sampling

Users with the following roles can access this screen via QA/IQA Evidence Sampling:

IQAs/Internal Verifiers
Quality Assurance Co-ordinators
External Verifiers

This screen allows the user to view:

1. A stacked bar graph showing how many different types of evidence have been assessed by an assessor over a period of time, and how many of these have been sampled/verified by an IQA (the evidence has IQA feedback attached to it).
2. A pie chart showing the number of units the assessor has confirmed complete over the selected period of time, and how many of these have also been confirmed complete by an IQA (this exclude units which are automatically signed off by the system when 'Approve Final Verification' is used.

To view the above data:

1. Go to QA/IQA Evidence Sampling
2. Select an Assessor
3. Select a period of time i.e. Last 1 Month, Last 3 Months etc. maximum time period is 12 months.
4. The data will the be displayed for the assessor, and the user can click on the bar graph to view and access evidence as required.
