Additional Users can be added to Candidate portfolios such as users with the following roles:
Assessors - to allow for ad-hoc assessment of evidence by assessors who are not the Primary or Unit Assessor:
Tutors
Expert Witness - regardless of workplace
1. Assigning an additional user:
1.1 From the Candidate Search Result screen select 'View Candidate' against the relevant candidate
1.2 Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click 'Assign Additional Users'
1.3 Start to type the user's name in the field for "Search for User" and you will see the results appear below
1.4 Select the correct user's name
1.5 Click 'Add'
1.6 Click 'Back'
2. To remove an additional user:
2.1 Click 'View Candidate'
2.2 Click 'Assign Additional Users'
2.3 Click 'Remove' next to the user to be removed.
The user being removed might still have access to the candidate after this has been done if they have assessed the portfolio.
In which case, if you require access to be revoked completely an centre administrator will need to set-up a block via 'Access to Candidates '.
