Where possible, please provide the following information so that we can assist you quickly and efficiently:
If your query relates to a portfolio, it would be useful to have the portfolio name, evidence number and/or plan name.
If your query relates to a course, it would be useful to have the course code.
For anything else, a screen shot might be useful.
Please note, for Data Protection reasons we cannot divulge login details. If you have forgotten your username or password, please try the 'forgotten username or password' link on the Ecordia login page, alternatively refer to your training centre who should be able to help with this issue.
For candidates, your Training Centre contact details can be found on your ILP, which can be accessed via the 'Individual Learning Plan' button on the Front Page of your portfolio.
If your query relates to an internet browser issue, and you are using Internet Explorer, please upgrade to IE11 or switch to a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and try again.
