Once you have subscribed to SMS Notifications and the feature is enabled by Ecordia for your Centre, you will need to create an account with Clickatell . You will then receive the following account details which need to be entered onto your account via My Centre/Manage, and click on ‘Modify Centre Info’.
SMS Api Id
SMS Username
SMS password
Once the above information has been entered onto your account, any User with SMSNotifications role can send SMS messages to Candidates via Message/SMS. Access to the SMS page is restricted to Users with the SMSNotification role only.
