Portfolio Access - Primary Assessor

For all users except candidates.

The Portfolio Access - Primary Assessor report shows when each portfolio was last opened by its primary assessor. It's useful for spotting portfolios that haven't been looked at for a while.

Running the report

1. On the Reports tab, choose Portfolio Access - Primary Assessor. See Reports.
2. Set any filters you need.
3. Click Generate Report.
4. To export the results, click the save (floppy disk) icon in the report preview toolbar and choose a format, such as Excel.

What the report includes

• Candidate
• Course
• Portfolio start date
• Primary IQA
• Primary assessor
• Date and time last accessed by the primary assessor
