Sharing Evidence with a Mentor

• To share evidence with a mentor
• To stop sharing evidence with a mentor

If your training centre has added Mentor users to your workplace you will be able to share your evidence with one of these Mentors.  The Mentor can then add comments to the page to support your evidence, which can be used by your Assessor in making a judgement when assessment takes place.

1.  To share evidence with a Mentor (Candidates and Assessors can perform this function):

1.1  Go to the evidence you want to share
1.2 Located near top of the page, above the evidence, is a 'Share with Mentor' field
1.3 Select the Mentor and click 'Update', your Mentor will now receive a message on Ecordia detailing the evidence which has been shared. Once
comments have been made by your Mentor the Assessor will be notified. You will also then have access to the comments.

2.  To stop sharing an item of evidence with a Mentor (Candidates and Assessors can perform this function):

2.1 Go to the evidence you want to stop sharing
2.2 Located near top of the page, above the evidence, is a 'Share with Mentor' field which will display the current mentor the evidence is shared with
2.3 Select 'None', or a different Mentor, and click 'Update', the change will now be applied.
