Mentor Role

Mentor can be a users' only role, or can be added to the following roles:

Work-based Assessor
Expert Witness 
Work-based Internal Verifier (IQA)
Mentor 
Workplace Manager

Users with the Mentor role can have Evidence shared with them by the Candidate or Assessor for comment.  These comments can be used to support the Evidence, or as Evidence in their own right.  The Assessor can then view these comments when making an assessment decision on the Evidence.

1 - To Leave Mentor comments:

1.1 - You will receive a message on Ecordia when Evidence is shared with you detailing the name of the Candidate and a link to the Evidence
1.2 - Click on the link to view the evidence
1.3 - Click 'Add Comments'
1.5 - Select the Assessor you would like the comments to be accepted by (this user will be notified by system message when you save the comments), enter your comments and click 'Save'.

Note: Your saved comments can only be edited or deleted up until the Assessor accepts them, at which point they are read only.
