This guide explains how to export a portfolio for offline access.
Please note: Exported Portfolios are read only and cannot be used to prepare or present evidence. Exported portfolios are designed so that users can refer to their portfolio without the requirement of internet access. Exported portfolios are also a convenient way of storing a copy of your portfolio once your training has ended.
Administrators are able to export more than one portfolio at a time, see the Bulk Export feature for further details

another directory / folder.

*Please make sure all files are within the same folder*
3.3 Once extracted, to view the portfolio just click on 'index.html' - which is the front page of the portfolio. The portfolio can be viewed just as it is
online by clicking the necessary menu items, buttons and links.
Please Note: If exporting your Portfolio to save it on a memory stick or disc, the memory required will vary depending on how many files are present in the Portfolio. Memory required is generally 20/30mb each, but as little as 5mb and as much as 1GB if there are lots of audio and video files in the portfolio.
For Data Protection purposes, note the responsibility for exported portfolios lies with the exporter as the data controller and data processor, and not Ecordia.
