To create one Off The Job record for more than one candidate at a time, go to Candidate/Record OTJ Logs. This can be used instead of, or in conjunction with, the contact logs.
To record OTJ for more than one candidate:
- Go to Candidate/Record OTJ Logs
- Select the candidates
- Complete the fields, and enter the key learning
- Click 'Save'
- The record will then be added to the table at the bottom of the screen, and to each of the selected candidates. Attachments can be added and viewed by clicking on the paperclip icon on the right
An existing log can be deleted or edited using the controls on the right of the record. Candidates can be removed from the record by editing the record and clicking the X next to their name.
