Assessor or IV has left your centre

If an Assessor or IV leaves your Centre an Administrator needs to complete the following tasks in order:

1.  Disable the account via 'Modify': un-check the 'enabled' box, and tick the 'User Cannot be messaged or request password resets', so they can't login
2.  Set workflow forwarding to an active User via 'Modify' otherwise items could still go to the redundant account and go un-noticed
3.  Forward items the redundant account is currently holding via QA / Workflow, filter by redundant Assessor, select items to forward then select recipient and click 'Send'.
4.  Re-assign Candidates by using the Bulk Candidate Update control on the Search Candidates page


WHEN DISABLING AN ACCOUNT, PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALSO DISABLE THE SYSTEM MESSAGE FEATURE.  THIS CAN BE FOUND IN THE PERSONAL DETAILS SECTION UNDER EMAIL CONTACT AND TELEPHONE CONTACT.  THE OPTION OF 'SYSTEM MESSAGES ALLOWED' SHOULD BE SET TO 'NO'.
