Ofsted access

For centre administrators.

We recommend giving Ofsted inspectors an External Verifier account. You choose which candidates they can see, and you can remove their access at the end of the inspection.

Setting up Ofsted access

1. Add Ofsted as an awarding body in Lookups.
2. Create an External Verifier account for the inspector, and choose Ofsted as the awarding body. Because no learning aims are linked to Ofsted, the inspector can only see the candidates you link to them in step 3.
3. Link the candidates you want the inspector to see.

After the inspection

Unlink the candidates and disable the account. See External Verifier Role: After the visit.
