A user account can be deleted from your system.
You will require the following role to perform this function:
Quality Assurer
Note: A deleted user cannot be recovered
- Go to Users and locate the account to be deleted
- Click 'View'
- Click 'Delete'
- You will be prompted to provide your password, and on successfully entering your password the system will process the delete as a back-ground task. If the delete cannot be performed because the users' account has dependencies, such as candidates assigned to them, or they have created assessment or IQA feedback, then you will only be able to anonymise the account. The user will then be automatically named as:
First name: Deleted
Last name: User <YYYYMMDDHHMMSS>
Username: You will be prompted to enter a reference number, which you can use to link the user to your personnel records as required.
