Pro Candidate Subscription

The Pro Candidate Subscription is for learners and candidates on the Ecordia system.

Please note: not all training centres have access to this feature for their learners and candidates.

1. To Subscribe

To subscribe click on the Upgrade menu button on your Ecordia front page. This will take you to a page where you can subscribe. Currently we are only able to accept monthly subscription payments (£1.99) via monthly direct debit using GoCardLess.

How To Unsubscribe from the Pro Subscription

Login to Ecordia as normal. In the menu, click on More, then My Account, then Preferences. At the top of this page you will see 'Pro Subscription'. From here you can unsubscribe.

2. Using the Features of the Pro User Subscription

2.1. Ecordia Online Calendar

The online calendar is fully integrated into your Ecordia e-portfolio and automatically shows you your course dates, which include any online meeting dates, Evidence dates, Plan dates, Contact Log dates and EPA (End Point Assessment) dates. These dates are generated by the system and are colour-coded.

You can also use the calendar as your own personal calendar, entering in your own personal calendar items, or perhaps items as early reminders for target dates etc. These items you create are coloured as blue items.

2.2.1 Link Your Ecordia Calendar

You can link your Ecordia calendar to another online calendars such as Apple iCalendar or Google Calendar. This means that any dates that appear on your Ecordia calendar will automatically appear in your Apple or Google calendar.

To link your Ecordia calendar, go to your Ecordia calendar and click on 'Link'. From here you can copy the calendar (iCal) link and then 'paste' the link (also known as the calendar feed or calendar URL or iCal URL) to Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.

Add Ecordia iCal to Google Calendar

Go to calendar.google.com.
On the left side go to "Other Calendars" and click on the dropdown.
Choose "Add by URL".
Enter the URL of the calendar, which you want to subscribe to.
Click on "Add Calendar" and wait for Google to import your events.

Add Ecordia iCal to Apple Calendar

To add a calendar feed to your iOS device, start in the Settings menu.
Find the menu item labeled "Mail, Contacts and Calendars," and click "Add Account."
Press and hold in the text field to paste in the iCal feed URL that you previously saved to your clipboard, and click "Next."

3. MFA:

You can active MFA on your account for added security! If you have an email stored on your user account, you will see the following text on successful login:
