1.    Introduction

Your Portfolio Front Page

2.    No Items for your Attention

2.1    If there are "No Items For Your Attention" on your Portfolio Front Page, you can click on the green "Evidence" tab on the right hand side of 

         the screen.
2.2    This will then open a page showing all the Evidence so far in your Portfolio.
2.3    In this list you can access each item of Evidence that you want to view or work on.
2.4    You can select any item of Evidence by clicking anywhere along the relevant Evidence row.
2.5    Once selected, the Evidence item will appear on the screen.
2.6    For each item of Evidence you can then use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to perform certain tasks, e.g. for ‘Written Questions Evidence’
    there is an ‘Answer Question’ button. Also see: UPLOAD & SUBMIT EVIDENCE
2.7    There is also a ‘Files’ button if you wish to attach files to your Evidence.
2.8    At the top of the screen there are also ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ buttons which you can use to move onto the next item of Evidence.
2.9    You can go back to your Evidence list by clicking the green "Evidence" tab on the right.
2.10    The yellow box shows the status of the Evidence and what actions you can perform.
 

3.    Individual Learning Plan

3.1    Your Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is accessed via your Portfolio Front Page by clicking on the 'Individual Learning Plan' button. 

3.2     Your Individual Learning Plan will detail the Course you are working towards, your start date and target completion date. 
3.3     It also lists the Units you have selected and they are indicated with a tick. 
3.4    Each Unit will have a target end date and this target end date will be agreed between yourself and your Assessor. 
3.5    Against each Unit you will also see the name of the Assessor that is to assess that Unit. These may change from time to time but it is likely your
    Training Centre will inform you of any changes that may occur. 
3.6    Your Individual Learning Plan will be updated automatically by the system as your Units are completed and signed off.  
3.7    Your Assessor may wish to make additional comments with regards to your Initial Assessment, your Induction and your Review Arrangements.
    
These can be entered in the relevant section, and can be read by you as and when they are added.
