My Centre

This feature is available to the following role holders:

Quality Assurers
Learning Support Administrators

Go to More/My Centre/Manage, then select one of the following in the Manage options.

1. Centre Information

Select this option to view and change your centre information. Your centre name, address, telephone number, email, and contact name will be displayed to all candidates on their 'View Personal Details' and 'Individual Learning Plan' pages.

Click 'Modify Centre Info' to edit your centre details.

Contact Us Page: A link to the webpage you provide will appear under your logo for all users
Safeguarding Link: The information you provide here will appear on the portfolio front page for all candidates, along with their assigned Internal Quality Assurer.


2. Centre Settings   


The Centre settings allow you to set defaults for the following features and functionality, click 'Update' to apply any changes:

Allow candidates to add plans: this is the default setting for this option when adding a candidate

Allow candidates to see portfolio user list: this setting is applied to all candidates on you centre account

Allow Assessors to return portfolios to Setup stage: if this is not ticked, then only Quality Assurers and Learning Support Administrators can access the 'Return to Setup' button to change a course

New candidates default feature status: this is the default setting for this option when adding a candidate
Show expected progress bar on portfolio: If ticked, then thexpected progress bar will appear on all portfolios

Candidate Search Page Settings: You can calibrate this feature here, and these setting will be applied to all users search results

Colour Code Results On Candidate Search Page: this is the default setting for your users
Make Activity time field mandatory on Pages: You can choose if this feature is mandatory on the pages shown.
Manage Confidential Data - Allows you to choose the data your users can see, based on role, when they click 'View Candidate'

3. Centre Logo

Select this option to change your centre logo.
3.1    Click 'Choose file', to select your logo from you local PC, please ensure your image is no more than 55 pixels high, 350 pixels wide, and no bigger than 15 Kb.
3.2    Click 'Upload'

Please note, changes to your centre logo might take up to 24 hours to appear for all your users.
