Information for apprenticeship audits can be gathered from Ecordia using the 'Interactive Progress Report'. The data should cover:
* High-risk Apps (limited progress), including evidence of intervention plans, reviews, and recorded concerns
* Risk indicators on Ecordia (e.g. past planned dates/not reached expected progress: red, amber, green)
* Accurate and evidenced OTJ records
* Up-to-date and sufficient evidence of KSBs and training plans
The following can be obtained from the '10/12 Week Reviews and other Training & Contact Logs (percent complete)' report:
* Tripartite progress reviews conducted and evidenced at the required frequency (every 6–8 weeks)
The following can be evidenced to auditors if they go to the blue tab in the portfolio (assuming the assessor is sharing EPA evidence to this section) otherwise, via the green evidence tab in the portfolio:
* EPA gateway evidence — ensuring it is valid sufficient, and aligned to timely assessment windows
