For all portfolio users.
The green Evidence tab, on the right-hand side of the portfolio, opens a table listing all the evidence in the portfolio. Click any item to open it.
Reading the evidence table
- Status: where each piece of evidence is in the assessment process. See Evidence Status.
- Links To: the knowledge elements and performance criteria the evidence is linked to.
Colour codes
Your centre can switch on colour codes to highlight overdue or late evidence. They're designed for BTEC courses, and an administrator turns them on or off on the modify course page.
| Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Red | Presented after the target date, and not yet assessed. |
| Amber | The target date has passed. |
| Green | Presented after the target date, and assessment is complete. |
Buttons on every piece of evidence
Whatever the evidence status, you'll always see these buttons when viewing evidence:
- Go To Plan: opens the plan the evidence is linked to.
- Show Plan: shows the plan without leaving the page.
- Show Standards: shows the standards for the course. See Show Standards.
