If you want to view other Users' preferences, to update on their behalf:
1. Go to the "Users" tab
2. Search for the relevant User
3. Click 'View' to the right of the User entry
4. Click 'Preferences' at the bottom of the screen
5. Edit the relevant settings
6. Click 'Update Account'
