Task Notifications

Whenever there is a task for a user on Ecordia, the system will generate a task for the user which will appear on the portfolio front page and/or Dashboard.

If you have an email address on your account, you will receive an email notifying you of new tasks containing a link to the your portfolio or dashboard on Ecordia. You can unsubscribe to these email alerts via the unsubscribe link in the notification email, or by updating your preferences.

Here is a list of the common tasks:

Candidates (Items for your attention / Tasks):

Feedback Given - Evidence you have presented has now been assessed
Plan Proposed - An assessment plan has been proposed by your assessor
Plan Review Proposed - An assessment plan has been reviewed by your assessor
Unit Completion Declaration - A unit has been confirmed complete by your assessor and is ready for you to confirm

Assessors and other users:

Evidence Presented - Evidence has been presented to you by a candidate, or sent to you from another assessor
IQA Feedback Given - Evidence you have assessed has been verified, and there is feedback for your attention
Last IQA Feedback was disagreement - Evidence you set actions for has been completed by the assessor
Overdue Secondline Assessment or IQA Action - This evidence has SLA or IQA actions which have not been completed by the target date
Permission Request - A user is requesting to change evidence or assessment content/information
Portfolio Certification - Final Verification has been approved and the certificate for completed aims/units can usually be claimed at this stage
Portfolio Final Verification - A portfolio has been submitted to you for final verification
Portfolio Action - These are generated by course events, learning aim sampling events, or manage events on the portfolio
SLA or IQA Feedback Given to Assessor - Evidence you have assessed has SLA or IQA feedback for you to action
Second Line Assessing - Evidence has been sent to you for second line assessment
Unit Completion Declaration - A unit is ready to be confirmed complete by the assessor, or is ready for verification.  This task is generated for the relevant user based on the Individual Learning Plan for a portfolio.
