This is a quick guide for candidates explaining how to complete and submit an online form:

1. Prepare evidence:

1.1 Log onto Ecordia and select the ‘Evidence’ tab on the right
1.2 Select an item of evidence from the list
1.3 Click ‘Prepare’ or 'prepare Written Evidence' to prepare your evidence.  Use ‘Files’ to upload digital media (if prompted to select range, then tick the range your evidence will meet and click ‘Done’). Note, the forms auto save every 30 seconds from last key stroke, but you also have save options at the bottom of the page when you are finished or want to leave the page.
1.4 When complete, click ‘Submit now for assessment’ and complete the Declaration and click ‘Submit’.


2. Accepting feedback:

2.1 Click on the Feedback Given task in the email notification, or on your Portfolio Front Page
2.2 Read the feedback and click ‘Accept’
2.3 If the assessment decision is Action Required follow from step 1.3 above to amend and resubmit your evidence.
