Dashboard/Start

Modified on Mon, 23 Feb at 5:06 PM

Your home page is where you will be taken once you have successfully logged into Ecordia, and will depend on your role, and account preferences :

1. Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home page for your account on Ecordia, and displays a snapshot of the candidates you have access to. The charts and graphs are based on portfolio progress, target start and end dates. Use the Dashboard to drill down into a candidate or cohort of candidates, or do common tasks quickly like accessing pending tasks from your task table.

The search can be used to search Candidates and Users by first name or last name, DOB, email or username; and Courses by course code. All results are dependant on your roles.

The can be used to add Candidates
, Courses, Users or Workplaces, but the available options will depend on your roles and centre settings .

2. Dashboard Filters

The dashboard can be filtered to only include candidates based on your relationship to them. This can be useful if you have multiple roles. For example, you are an Assessor and IQA. In this example you can show only those you assess as follows:

2.1    Click on the filter icon 2.2    Click on the role/relationships filter, and select only the Assessor option
2.3    Click 'Apply'
2.4    To reset your filters, repeat the above steps, but at step 2.2 select 'Check All'

Note: If you have the Quality Assurance Coordinator role, you can further filter your dashboard by using the Advanced Filter options to select courses, assessor, and/or IQA.  Your current advanced filters will be displayed in the bottom right of your dashboard, and advanced filters can be removed by clicking on the refresh icon

3. Refreshing your Dashboard

Your dashboard is updated automatically every 24 hours, and the date of last update is displayed in the bottom right hand corner. If you have recent changes to portfolios which you need to have reflected sooner, you can click the refresh icon
