You will require one or more of the following roles to archive a portfolio:
Learning Support Administrator
Quality Assurer
When all learning is finished and the status of a Candidate's Portfolio is "Ended" you can archive the Portfolio. To change the status of the Portfolio to "Ended" and to archive the Portfolio please follow the steps below:
1. Click the "Candidates" tab locate the candidate.
2. Click the ‘View Portfolio’.
3. Click the ‘Individual Learning Plan’.
4. Click ‘Manage Learning Status’
5. Go to the "Add New Status Change" section, and complete the required details to End Learning.
6. Click ‘Change Status’, the Portfolio Front Page the status will now be updated
7. Click the ‘Archive Portfolio’ button which will now be displayed towards the bottom of the Portfolio Front Page.
A candidate cannot login once their portfolio has been ended/archived, unless you modify their account and tick the 'Enabled' option in the Account Settings section of the screen.
