This control is available to users with the following roles:
Assessor
Internal Verifier / IQA
Learning Support Admin
Quality Assurer
Progress updates usually happen at the point of accepting feedback, however, at busy times the system may schedule the calculation to be run later the same day, and sometimes the recalculation might fail.
If you require the progress updated beforehand, or if you think there is an issue, or have made changes to the course configuration, we recommend running a completeness check by using the 'Check Completeness' control on the Portfolio Front page:
1.1 Go to the portfolio front page and click 'Check Completeness'
2.2 Click 'Check', then return to the portfolio front page and progress and gap report should be updated
