Teams

The Teams feature is designed to enable one or more assessors , internal verifiers/IQAs , and/or Tutors  full access to candidates on selected courses.

Teams can also be created for messaging purposes, in which case only sections 1 & 2 below need to be completed.

The user will need to be Centre-based, and will then be able to perform any of their roles on any portfolio they access.

Teams can be created and managed by users with the following roles:

Quality Assurer
Learning Support Administrator

1. To create a Team:
1.1 Go to the "Users" tab, then "Teams"
1.2 Click 'Add New Team'
1.3 Enter the Team Name
1.4 Enter the Team Description (optional)
1.5 Click 'Save'

2. To assign members to a Team:
Note, only Centre-based users can be assigned to a team
2.1 Go to the "Users" tab, then "Teams"
2.2 Select the relevant Team
2.3 Click 'Assign Members'
2.4 Use the filters in the search facility to locate members and click 'Search'
2.5 Your search results will appear in the left-hand field titled "Members not assigned"
2.6 Select the relevant members and, using the controls in the centre of the screen, move them to the field on the right
2.7 Once you have selected all your team members click 'Done'

3. To assign courses to a Team:
3.1 Go to the "Users" tab, then "Teams"
3.2 Select the relevant Team
3.3 Click 'Assign Courses'
3.4 Select the relevant course(s) from the field titled "Courses not Assigned" and using the controls in the centre of the screen, move them to the field on the right
3.5 Once you have selected the relevant course(s) click 'Done'

4. To remove members from a Team:
4.1 Go to the "Users" tab, then "Teams"
4.2 Select the relevant Team
4.3 Click 'Assign Members'
4.4 Select the relevant members in the right-hand field and, using the controls in the centre of the screen, click 'Remove'
4.5 Click 'Done'
