These instructions detail the steps to follow when moving items from one User to another, but care should be taken to ensure items are not moved to users who cannot complete the workflow step i.e. do not send items at workflow step of Assessing to a candidate, because a candidate cannot assess evidence.
You will need the following role to access this feature:
Quality Assurance Coordinator
1. Go to the "QA" tab then "Workflow"
2. In the Search field at the top of the screen, select the current Holder that you would like to move the item from in the "Filter by Workflow Item Holder" field.
Note: The drop-down menu displays 10 entries at a time. If the name you require is not displayed, please type in the first few letters of the name you are looking for, allow the page to refresh, you will then be able to select the correct name from the list.
3. In the "Workflow Item Type" field select the type of workflow item you would like to move ie. “Evidence”, "Portfolio" etc.
4. Click 'Search'
5. From the Search Results, select the item(s) you would like to move using the tick box on the left.
Please ensure you check that the item you want to move relates to the correct User.
6. In the "Send the selected items to another person" field at the bottom of the screen, select the person you would like to send the item to.
7. Click 'Send'.
Note: Once items have been moved, the previous holder will no longer have access to them.
