Generating Training Plan & Agreements for signing

Once sections 1-6 are complete, the onboarder will be able to click 'Generate Training Plan & Agreements' on saving the onboarding record.

This will:

• Create section 7 containing the Training Plan and Agreements for users to complete and sign.
• The applicant and employer will be sent an email to notify them that the section is ready to complete and sign

Once section 7 is 100% complete, the Onboarder can click 'Print Training Plan and Agreements' this will snapshot the section into a PDF at the top of section 7, which will be available for users to access and download.

If there are changes to the Training Plan and Agreements, then the Onboarder can:

1.  Remove relevant entries and signatures within section 7
2.  Click 'Generate Training Plan & Agreements Again' and a the users will be notified to complete the section again
3. Once section 7 is 100% complete again, the Onboarder can click 'Print Training Plan and Agreements' to add another PDF at the top of section 7.
