1. Link Evidence / cross reference
Before you submit your Evidence for assessment, you can link the Evidence to the standards. This will update the coverage table located under your Evidence. Linking your Evidence will enable you to show your claim for competence and it will ensure your Assessor knows which standards you intended to cover.
1.1 Click the 'Link Evidence' button.
1.2 You will be able to tick which standards the Evidence will be assessed against and then click the 'Done' button at the bottom of the screen. If you wish to remove all links to a unit you can un-check each criteria.
2. Suggested Links
How to activate this feature:An administrator at your centre will need to set-up suggested links for the unit before the 'Suggested Links Manager' will appear when linking evidence to the unit. |
If suggested links have been set-up for any of the units, on selecting a criterion with one or more suggested links, the system will automatically adopt the links for all available units. You can view and edit suggested links by clicking on 'Suggest Links Manager' which will appear at the bottom of the screen when suggested links are available.
