This feature allows users to record the time taken when completing activities in a Portfolio. Users can record ‘Time Taken’ when performing any of the following activities:
- Adding a contact log
- Creating or reviewing assessment plans
- Preparing evidence
- Recording evidence sources
- Providing feedback to Candidates
- Feedback from the Internal Verifier to the Assessor
- Second-line assessment
- Second-line verification
To record the time taken for an activity, simply enter the number of hours and/or minutes.
For example:

On saving, the amount entered in the ‘Time Taken’ fields will be added to the ‘Time Spent So Far’ counter. The ‘Time Spent So Far’ counter displays the amount of time recorded on this page of the Portfolio only. Cumulative information about time taken in the whole Portfolio can be obtained by LSA and QAC users from the ‘Candidate Activity Times’ report listed in the "Reports" tab.
(to reduce hours, enter minus figures (or modify an existing page) E.g. candidate has 3hr 45 mins, to reduce by 45 mins enter -45 in the mm box and ‘save’)
